What is the venues capacity?

Ivy Row is a smaller scaled venue geared towards intimate gatherings and can hold up to 50 guests comfortably.

Can I bring outside food and drinks?

Yes, we allow guests to bring outside food and drinks.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes, outside vendors must be licensed and insured and provide proof of insurance to the venue.

What is your alcohol policy?

Ivy Row Event Studio is a BYOB licensed venue that follows rules and guidelines in accordance with the Arizona state statute A.R.S. 4-244.05 and regulation A.A.C. R19-1-324.

In addition, we require a licensed and insured bartender to serve alcoholic beverages OR by providing a 1 Day Event insurance policy and adding host liquor liability with the venue as additional insured. Proof of insurance is required.
